my self confidence is low, and im so shy, what can i do? how can i boost it if im shy

Join the theater arts dept at your school. It forces you to become social and open up!

well,i had the same issue,and tried many things,that helped me,like trying 2 start a talk with people i don't know,and stuffs like that,but what really helped me beside that are 2 amazing books they r;MANIFEST YOUR DESTINY 4 Dr.WAYNE W DYER; the other book is ;THE ART OF TALKING TO ANYONE 4 ROSALIE MAGIO; i know you're gonna say it's about talking 2 people but it also teaches u 2 love and respect yourself b4 expecting from people 2 love u.during that try to change your look,people will tell u to love yourself as ur but there is no harm to make a Little change to feel better a bout yourself,cuz if u try to change 4 the best that means that u love yourself and that is the first step to self confidence,finally;don't give people attention in a way that bothers u,do a stupid,foolish thing,like going out with no shoes,after a while ur gonna see that it doesn't matter what people think,it's between u and yourself.GOOD LUCK ,HOPE  I HELPED!

join a club, or a play, or a sport, hold a study group or join one, and make sure to tell yourself that you are an AWESOME person everyday! :] if you want to make more friends, don't be afraid to open up! don't be afraid to take healthy risks :D
