don't tell me laxatives and depositories cuz like duh!

  1. PRUNES!  dont eat too many though then ull start crapping all day n night

    maybe some mcdonalds

    lots of cheeese

    and possibly some chicken  

  4. anything full of fiber. go eat some cereal and fruit.

  5. smoking will make your bowel movements more regular, nicotine has an effect similar to coffee.

  7. prunes and prune juice.  raisins. metamucil drink mix and fiber pills are good.  if your desperate try ex-lax or correctol.  drink lots of water and take in fiber.  stay away from bananas cheese milk.  try raisin bran.  apples always help me go.  good luck.  

  8. Cranberry juice or coffee. If you are really having issues, you may need to get an e***a. That will clean you out completely. I wouldn`t wait too long, though, because, having a bowel obstruction can lead to HUGE future medical problems.

  9. have some coffe and a muffin - both have tons of bran and youll be running down the hall to the bthroom in like 7 minutes!!
