  1. Whoever said 3 or 4 panadols was a good idea is very wrong! Do not ever do this as it is easier to OD on this stuff simply because most people believe it to be harmless, an actual OD of paracetamol is very serious , the effects are irreversible and could quite possibly lead to organ failure and eventually death , very painful and unnecessary just for a good nights sleep!

I like the ideas about chamomile tea, if u don't like it try just warm water. Avoid sugars and complex carbs (even fruit and milk) and stick to water for the last 3 or 4 hours of your day. Also , you might like to try having a warm bath about an hour before you plan on calling it a night , after you get out , it will take about this long for your body temp to return to normal , when this starts to happen your brain will send you signals that its sleepy time, this happens by itself , but  warm bath is a way of achieving a better result. But above all , if you cant sleep , don't lay in bed getting frustrated , get up , maybe do the dishes or read a couple of pages of a book , then try again , you will never be able to sleep if your super frustrated... maybe some soft music may help as well, nothing to stimulating though...

This should help , unless there is a psychological reason u r having problems sleeping, in which case you should see a professional..

    Good luck, sweet dreams :)

  2. Try one of those books of classic literature that people are always recommending because of how they have impacted the world.  They can be pretty boring ... and long!

I can think of a couple of books that might change your life if you manage to finish them, but will more than likely put you to sleep quite often:

    1. Nineteen Eighty-Four by George Orwell

    2. Don Quijote - Miguel de Cervantes

    3. One Hundred Years of Solitude - Gabriel Garcia Marquez (pretty good but hard to read)

    4. Daughter of the Spirits - Isabel Allende (not a classic, really, but it's good when you can finish it)

    5.  Love in the Time of Cholera - Gabriel Garcia Marquez

I hate to do this, because it is one of my fave books, but try reading the Bible.  When you get to Numbers (one of the first five books), I guarantee you will fall asleep when you start reading about who "begat" who for hours.

  3. smoke some good bud, works every time!

  4. get high

  5. try outlining each of the nails on your left hand with your right hand, and then the right hand with the left hand. It is so annoying and seems to take so long when you do it in extra slow motion. The perimeter of each nail seems like a huge football field and you will feel you are walking around it and get very very tired. It works for me and I make my sons do it when they have overactive brains after studying too much,.

  6. Light a couple lightly scented candles and listen to Aromatherapy music or Buddhist Monk Chants at a low level after taking a warm bath.  That should work wonders!  If not try s*x or masturbation!

  7. Sit in you rbed. close your eyes make sure its compeletely darka nd quite

breath in deeply for 4 seconds....then relax and exhale for as loong as you can...do this about 10 times

  8. i no what occupies me.....

    w

    a

    n

    k

    thats all i will say

  9. 1.  Lavender bubble bath

    2. Camomile Tea

    3. if you don't like any of the above, just watch tv till your body gives up.

  10. Sometimes if you read something that is really boring it will help you fall asleep. Otherwise, read something that you are into. I would recommend Lord of The Flies, buy you might not like that. You may also not be able to sleep if it is too quiet. Try turning the tv on to a low volume & see if that helps you. Good luck.

  11. xanga.com/uncommoncure

  12. occasionally, if i find it hard to sleep i take 3 or 4 paracetamols with a glass of wine. that works for me, try that. but don't do it too often as its probably not very good for you.

  13. I was awake all night because I couldn't sleep, so I sung songs in my head.

    Lmao

  14. take some sleeping pills or try watch some telly
