What causes orange periods?

Question

I am 48 and have noticed lately that my discharge is orange colored and I have huge clots- huge. I told my female doctor when I had my last pap smear. He did a pelvic exam and said he found no cysts and I should not worry.

I am now getting periods every 2 weeks also. Should I worry, or is this orange normal for old ladies like me?

i don't really know, but maybe its a sign that menopause is around the corner, but your doctor shouldnt have brushed you off like that. this site is a really good site to visit
