Depends on where you live.    Every place has a different channel for TLC.   (Even if you are with comcast.)      Ask a neighbor of yours.

The Learning Channel 38 if this is not your correct channel number. Go to www.comcast.com and enter your address and zip, to get the correct lineup for your area.

like said before depending on where you live even if u do have comcast. but just to let you know i have comcast in burlington county and the TLC channel is 5. and if its not that channel for u i suggest going threw the comcast tv guide which you can do through your remote my pressing the "Guide" button or update your question and post the county you live in and maybe you will get more accurate answers.
