  1. Motor cortex of cerebrum controls motor actions and performed by motor nerves` stimulation of muscles.

    Autonomous is involuntary

  2. No the autonomic nerves do not control voluntary actions. Somatic nerves control voluntary actions. The somatic nervous system can be split into two groups: The motor (or efferent) system and the sensory (or efferent) system. Motor nerves carry impulses from the brain and spinal cord (central nervous system) to the muscles thus controlling voluntary actions. Hope this is enough detail!!
