I think it's one of the Scandenavian countries like Sweden. I read on the computer that people who live their tend to live longer than other countries.

Panama, of course, because the  two  largest oceans are on each side of this country, and they are only 50 miles apart.  Also, at this location much rain falls, scrubbing the impurities from the air, and last but not least, no oil-guzzling country is within  1,500 miles of Panama.  Oh, sorry for this last item,  Panama is 80% supplied with electricity via dams over rivers.
