  1. Canada, Mexico and the United States are members of NAFTA.


  2. What the two previous answerers said is correct:  NAFTA was joined by the USA, Canada and Mexico.  However, just in case you meant CAFTA (for the category you classified your question in), it was joined by all Central American countries but Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic.
