Question:

What diet should a swimmer have?

Ok well my sister and I am on the swim team and we have been for a year and a half . I am 13 and she is 7 . She is built like a swimmer and is really good and im good too its just that i think i could be better if i had a diet to help me have more energy and lose my extra weight so that i would be faster. Any suggestions welcome. ;)

  1. Eat more than you usually have...

    *you burn calories better and faster now so you can and should so you can have more energy!!

    Eat more carbs and protien...

    *you need to build up your muscles if you want to get better and eating more carbs and protien will help a lot!!

    Make sure you HAVE the perfect diet for you...

    *everyone needs a different amount of food and so do you try this site and you'll get a food pyramid that's made just for you!

    * but you should also see a doctor/nutrishtionist to make sure this is the best meal plan for you.
