What do i do next...?

i sold item on ebay, buyer paid the payment, than i ship the item, than i accidentally click wrong item and it refund to buyer. So i contact buyer and he said he bough another ipod(he already receive the ipod by his house). So i contact ebay and ebay told me they have nothing to do with it and should call police agency because it name stolen item. so i contact buyer again that give me money or ill call police agency and buyer said go ahead i never got your item than i contact him again next day and he said i never got your item only dirty shoe which is lies. so i call police agency and they told me to court and i didn't know what to do next and do i have to call court or they did for me and whats is like being in court i'm only almost 18.and item 305 dollars

You can try going through paypal, but they probably won't be able to help you much either.  Unfortunately, this will probably have to be one of those lessons learned the hard way.
