  1. If I am the cook, I'll cook them a lot of high cholesterols meats. And give them a lot of deep fried oily food. To make sure they die before they walk out from the prison.


  2. Mainly food - sometimes frequent re-offenders & people that ask daft questions.

  8. 3 square meals a day, all diets catered for

    ie breakfast - porridge (ha ha), cereals, scrambled eggs, toast

    lunch - soup, spag bol/mac cheese/salads/fruit/cake

    dinner -  roasts/pies/stews/pots and 2 veg + pudding

    The inmates are better fed than OAPs and hospital patients

  9. Whatever it is it must be good everyone I know that has been locked up comes home a bit chubby.

    Why you going to prison? LOL!

  11. Basic balanced meals, in portions reccomended by dieticians.Not much spice.
