As a woman, I don't like to read anything that is aimed at my "gender" as a "woman's" book. That, to me, is the apotheosis of the whole reason I read (to expand my mind, not narrow it.)

Aside from that filter, there isn't anything I won't read, and nothing I don't like. I'll read anything that is well-written.

As far as books go, I like to read a lot of things, but mostly drama/ suspense type books. I'm not into 'romance' per se but theres some female authors that I really like (Jodi picoult/ sandra brown, etc) ..and female writers seem to have alot more intimacy/ romance in their novels than male writers. I also really like true crime books and books about the paranormal even though I don't believe in ghosts. (they're just fun/creepy to read). As far as reading things on websites, mostly I just like humorous web sites, as well as on line news stories. For the humor web sites, I like clean humor. When a person swears every other sentence, or has a lot of crude/ sexual humor....I get turned off. (same goes for stand up comedians. I love stand up comedy but if they're crude and profaine, I dont find them funny at all)
