What do you call it when two car companies comes together (whom don't have anything to do with eachother) and sale a model that's the same?

For example Toyota Matrix/Pontiac Vibe

Dodge caravan/ Chrysler town and country/ Volkswagon Routan

Volkswagon Toureg/ Porche Cayenne

You could call it platform sharing, but in many cases, the examples you mention are the same company (Chrysler/Dodge) or related (Volkswagen/Porsche).  There are however, many collaborative efforts between companies for a single model (Matrix/Vibe) although GM and Toyota partnered earlier on the Geo Prism, which was a rebadged Corolla.  There are many relationships within the automotive industry that aren't advertised, but produce such twins.  For instance, GM owns Saab.  For a while, GM also owned 20% of Subaru.  Thinking that Saab needed an all-wheel-drive product, GM did some cosmetic tweaking to produce the Saab 9-2, which is essentially a Subaru Impreza, now widely known as the Saabaru.
