What do you prefer or recomend

i have kept syrian hammies all my life and even bred them before and i have been thinking about getting 2 russian dwarf hammieswhat do you recomend or prefer

Change is good and will expand your mind and experience.  I'm sorry that I don't know anything about Russian dwarf hammies or Syrian hammies for that matter, but I think you should try something different, so I would recommend the Russian hammies.

It is always nice to have a new 'challenge'. That is why I got my two Roborovski's instead of another couple of Syrian's, because Robo's are different and would be new for me.

I think the best thing to do is get more syrian hammies.Just because i would get a little more practice with the syrian hammys then switch to russian.

i've never had syrian hammies before, but i used to have russian dwarfs and they are sooooooooo cute:)  maybe you should try something to see what you prefer - i would highly recommend the dwarfs.

I love Syrian Hamies. They are so cute and adorable! Once you tame them, they are tame for life, and are sweet, kind, and loving. They always cheer you up! And. . .they can be funny too!!! Hee hee. My friend had a dwarf hamie, and it was cute, but we couldn't tame it! SHE was scared, practically, and couldn't play with her. RIGHT! So we tried taming it together, but.......it didn't work out. We both got nipped, and BOY was she a grumpy little girl! Cute, but not so kind. I suppose if you play with it bunches then they become tame, but you have to keep on playing with them. I love SYRIANS~~~~~~~ I have one myself, and it's awfully sweet and cute!
