What do you think? PLEASE ANSWER?

Question

I thought I knew you

Then you went and left

Leaving me here to pick up the pieces

You left me a mess

You were the one person I thought I could trust,

Guess I just wasn’t good enough

How could you walk away with that smile on your face?

Didn’t I mean anything to you?

All this guilt and pain you put me through

in the end you weren’t true

You were just pretending

Don’t try to stop me

Don’t pretend to care now

It’s to late cause I know

You weren’t ever truly there

After all the back stabbing && all lies

Some were deep inside I still care

Questions still remain

This pain so strong it’s unbearable

Cuts get deeper

Bloods running down my arm

Only wish there was someone here

Why did they all have to leave?

Crying here….slowly dieing

Hearts racing as I start to unravel

I’m almost gone…

Screaming out ”HELP!”

But no ones there…

I Don't think this can be considered a poem, you could make it into a song though. Do some reading and study poetry, pick up a book for beginners of poetry you can easily find that searching yahoo.
