EDIT: While I can possibly agree that "Te espero" does translate to: "I'll wait" .....because it does not specifically say "Te espero a ti".........meaning you. However,  "te" is the pronoun of  the word "you." So I'll stick with the answer: "I'll wait for you."

"Espero" means I'll wait.
