What does a Staffing Coordinator do?

Well today i got called for a Entry Level Staff Coordinator for a agency. i was wondering what are the main duties, and if i should go for it? I dont like sales/Marketing. Im not sure if this position requires that

I ran a Manpower Temporary Services Agency for a 1 1/2 years, "many moons ago".

I started out as a service coordinator.  I would greet, interview, test, and match-up the applicants with employers, of course, add answering questions over the phone, and printing up reports to the mix.  Also, when a job order required several applicants, I would go to the job site for a one-on-one with the employer to make sure that we understood exactly what they were looking for.

It was a very interesting job.  And helping people find a job is always a good thing.
