  1. Bridge Basically Means Using More Than 1 Channel. Like For Example Lets Say Your Amp Lis Like This.

    L:+ -

    R+ -

Bridge Is Basically When You Put The Pos. End Of The Wire On L + And With The Neg. End Of The Wire On The R -

Look At This Pic For Example: Look @ White Lines On This Is Bridged Pic.

  2. it means you use more than one channel to connect to one source

so if u have a 2 channel amp giving out 150 per channel you can bridge it so that it puts out 300 to just one sub

  3. on a brigable 2 channel amp each channel has a positive and a negitive. hook the positive of the sub to the positive of one channel of the amp and hook the negitive of the sub to the negitive of the other channel of the amp and that is bridging it. not all amps are bridgable and bridging the amp could harm the amp or subs because bridging usually gets more from the amp and more to the subs sometimes double the power.
