What does hontouni shitai mean?

I checked shitai means corpse or something like that or is there any other meaning other than that?

  1. This depends on your spelling...because what you are spelling means "i really want to...while if you are spelling hontoni shite, it means "something really is"...really poor japanese, definitely a native lol.  Anyway, I hope that helps!


  2. hontouni shitai means I really want to do it.

    ほんとうに したい in hiragana

    本当に したい in kanji.

    For example, if someone asks "Do you want to play tennis?"

    you can reply "hontouni shitai!!!" to mean, "I really want to!"

  4. Hontou ni shitai is the conjugated -tai form of "suru" which is to do.

    Hontou ni means "really" or "honestly"

    So, "I really want to do it!!"

    Kanji: 本当にしたい

    suru is hiragana, no kanji for it. :)
