  1. I'm just guessing when I say "hurt or betrayed"

  2. jade 2   Audio Help   (jād)  Pronunciation Key

    v.   jad·ed, jad·ing, jades

To wear out, as by overuse or overindulgence. See Synonyms at tire1.

    To become weary or spiritless.

    n.

    A broken-down or useless horse; a nag.

A woman regarded as disreputable or shrew

These are from the dictionary, but my personal definition is a person who is world-weary or cynical from having "been around."

  3. Some one who has been affected by negative past experiences and is influenced to a more cynical view of the world.  Suffering could make a person jaded.  This is the opposite of vulnerable or sensitive.

  4. It means you basically have a negative view on a certain situation or a person.

  5. It means biased. Like if someone has a jaded opinion about something, it means they are biased for some reason- something has happened to make that person feel that way.

  6. "Jaded" is used to describe someone who has been hurt, and they don't really have hope in anything or anyone (a little bit different than just being depressed), or they are doubtful about people's good intentions or good in general existing in the world.
