  3. A mexican born and/or raised in America. They don't have to be born here but just raised here and living an american life. Just like how filipinos call it fil-am.

    You are born in the United State and be of Mexican heritage.

    Or you can be born in Mexico and become a

    citizen of the United States.

    It is up to the individual but probably the first one could be the answer.
