What does my dream suggest?

Well, I had an odd dream where me and my family were at my old home. The older ones were downstairs eating a drinking and having fun, while the younger ones were upstairs playing some video games. I noticed someone I didn't know. His name was Ben, apparently. Well, when everything was done, we met outside. He all of a sudden held me and told me he'd always be there for me and we were made for each other. He had the ability to stop time, too. Weird. Anyways, I've never known anyone named Ben and i've not seen him either. I just know his name, height, and hair. I don't remember his face. He also had a black sportsbike. I really want to know if i'll ever meet this Ben character.. He seemed like he could have been my real love. My friend Ian had a dream about him, too. I guess I had married Ian in his dream and Ben came and took me away from him. Ian discribed him the way I saw him (even with the bike). So, what does this all mean?

First of all, name or characters you projected in dream not necessarily mean you will meet someone with the exact same descriptions.  Many things in our life, from TV, books, news can flash in our subconscious mind and they somehow lurk into our subconscious mind.  That is not important.  The importance is why and how.

You may be feeling the need for companionship.  Notice this "Ben" has ability to stop time. That is telling you that you are feeling the need to hang on something you regret.  You are projecting someone with that ability and meet that someone.  That in translation, means that you may be feeling low in confidence and you may be seeking for someone who can guide you from difficulties.  

Whether this "Ben" you will meet is not important, again, this importance is this dream is telling that you are seeking for support and you may regret about things you have not done in the past and you probably want to find someone you can trust.  It may or may not be about relationship in some sense.
