What does my parakeet have?

He's been sick for a while with the following symptoms:

Huddled

Sitting Low on perch

Sitting on bottom of cage

Hanging onto side w/ beak instead of sitting on perch

Head tucked under wing and standing on 2 feet

Consistently ruffling feathers

Increased Sleeping/ Eye closed

Bloating

Squinting/ Half-Closed Eyes

More Preening

Feathers Changing Colors

You need to get your bird to an avian vet quickly.

TAKE HIM TO THE VET NOW!!! my bird was like that in and in 4 days he was dead, please take him to the vet
