I keep hearing reggaeton artists saying "Obligao", what does it mean?

  1. Maybe the word you heard is 'obligado' which means forced, forced to do something.  


  2. "obligao" is a cutted word for "obligado" means "you're welcome", literally is "obliged". It's a spanish way to answer to "gracias" instead of "de nada".

    It is very common to find it also in portuguese "obrigado"
