Usually a questionnaire, that you fill out, and then go over with a psychologist. All departments are different.

depends on the department, but a psychology test is a way to find out what pushes your buttons, and how you respond when those buttons are pushed. There is no set questions that will be asked since new questions will arise based on your answers to what is asked, and in a psychology test nothing is off limits.

Normally there are several hundred questions that cover a variety of different things such as situation based questions/situations, personal preferences, fears, things that anger you and so on. The tricky part is that they ask the same question three of four times throughout the test but word the questions differently to find out if you are consistent with you answers. They are just a bunch of questions used to determine your pressure points, personality and patients levels.
