What does "No TLC" mean???

I'm in CR right now and I keep seeing it spray painted everywhere on walls and stuff.

TLC is the Spanish acronym for CAFTA.Tratado de Libre Comercio

TLC= Tratado de Libre Comercio. It means Free Trade Agreement...

NO TLC means that you don't want the country to join the agreement...

TLC is a trade agreement, something like NAFTA.

What they are really saying is that they don't want to be more dependent on the US.
