What does "fairly used" mean?

Question

This is a REALLY stupid question I know, but does it mean "heavily used" or "used appropriately," as in the item has no noticeable damage/wear?

it means used. not too much but not in mint condition either. so if you're getting a car .. expect a few dings here and there and the occasional peeling paint.

you shouldnt get a broken door though.

IT means that it isnt used alot, like its still in good condition. :]
