I would think it meant "No Homosexuals" or "Not Homosexual".

it means for an individual to not be preceived as g*y, before/after saying/doing something to be homosexual in nature. i know this because this guy i was seeing would say it before or after saying or doing something that could be preceived as a g*y type action, ie. I like the dudes hat, no homo... i want his 8pack, no homo..
