  1. It's not Italian. It's Romanian.

    Like the guy above me translated:

    "Necinstit" = dishonest, fraudulent, foul

    "Acelasi" = the same

    But the order of the words should be "Acelasi necinstit"

    which means "The same dishonest/foul".

    I am not sure what the phrase means: the 2 words don't seem to go together: "Necinstit" is masculine singular, "Acelaşi" is plural.
