What does this Sicilian sentence mean? ?

Ok, first, I'm not sure if "mincha" is a misspelling for "minchia" (in English you'd probably say "****" or sth.) or if it's something regarding this "Arbereshe" (it's like Albanian) - that's an ethnic community living in the south of Italy:

ciao fragolina, non sono proprio brava in siciliano, ma osservando che uno dei miei amici siciliani comincia tutte le esclamazioni con m******, penso che sia la parola dell'organo maschile ;-)

for the others: I think fragolina is right when she supposes that mincha is a misspelling of the male organ in sicilian (used often to introduce an exclamation by a sicilian friend of mine) and that it should be translated in English differently.
