What does this guy want.?

Question

if I'm at school, and i'll be talking to my friends and i glance over and see a guy starring at my, and i look at him but he doesn't smile or look away, and this happened before at the movies, we went to see th same one(with different people) and he sat in front but his friend kept looking back? and i haven't ever spoken to this guy before! and i guess you could say he's a little out of my league, but i don't even know him,, does anybody know what this guy wants, possibly a guy answer please
