What does Package available for clearance and In transit Status mean? Is customs inspecting it? It has been 12 hours already Estimated arrival time is May 7 6 pm

It means that it will get cleared through customs soon.  Normally it's very quick, but it could be two or three days at the most.

In Transit means it's been scanned at the departure location and is now moving towards your destination (ie. plane or truck).  Package Available for Clearance just means that the paperwork has been released to customs for clearance.

Then perhap why don't u aquire Fedex then since u are Fedex Customer?

Oh, if it is a second late of the stated mention time, u can ask for delivery compensation monies from Fedex.
