What does this message mean

when the computer i work on at work is turned on and gets to the desktop. its been giving this message in a Windows - No Disk window:

Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c

what does that mean?

I fixed it by using Windows Defender to disable Quicktime as a start up program (open Windows Defender from the start menu...assuming you have it...and click on Tools, then Software Explorer, then choose Startup Programs, find Quicktime and click Disable).

it means that it you have a problem with the disk window. or it could mean that you have problems processing the disk window. you should look it up on http://www.microsoft.com
