  1. I don't see no metaphor - only a simile.

It means you're feeling very low, depressed, lacking energy, feeling no emotion, or possibly despair, etc.

  2. It means that the speaker or writer feels dead.

  3. it means wen u r tired of world u r distrssed u r betrayed u have no one around to console u u are alone and ppl around u are taunting u yet u need to live and aacept life

  4. lets break this down...

I- I as in the author of the sentence, is in being

Feel- Feel as in an emotion or one of the 5 senses

So- so as to exaggerate or describe distance

Dead - dead as in dead

  5. i always just thought it meant someone was worn out or really tired, nothing too serious i think

  6. It means the person feels empty inside and/or has no energy left.  That's usually depression talking, but sometimes exhaustion.

  7. Dead could mean many things.

Either the person is really tired/drained physically.

    Or they are drained mentally.

  8. It's comparing the writer's feelings to how she thinks death would feel. A metaphor is when you compare two things without using the words "like" or "as".

  9. It matters on the context in which it is used. How can you expect people to answer?

  10. 1) that's not a simile, the first response is inaccurate.

    2) It could mean that the person is really tired --"dead tired", as in they can't really process thoughts because they're so tired. It could also mean that they're dead inside, as in they aren't feeling any emotions and are likely depressed.
