Erectial dysfunction. Some guys have trouble getting erections and keeping them. Things like cialis and viagra help with that. More common in older people.

Viagra produces vasodilation by liberating NO to the p***s tissues. This means more blood goes to the soft muscles of the p***s, therefore creating an erection, that can be sustained for almost 4 hours.

It doesn't make you horny at all... in fact, unless you're horny, it really does very little at all except lower your blood pressure a tiny bit.

If you *are* horny (and you're a man), though... it makes blood-flow to your p***s a little easier and the blood-flow out of it more difficult (a chemical called nitric oxide is responsible, and Viagra makes it more available "down there")... the result is a p***s that's harder than it usually is (or *gets* hard when it usually can't).
