  1. Hawks, owls, snakes, mink, racoon, the odd hungry alligator.

    They are a water fowl and not incredibly large, so anything larger likes to munch on them.

  2. I DO!!  They taste like chicken.  I like to roast them with a stuffing made from water chestnuts, mushrooms, bread cubes, shallots, butter, and garlic.  Now that is good eatin'.
