Do they look mean or nice?

They might be Cebuano.  That is the ethnic majority of the Bukidnon region.  As for whether they look mean or nice, I don't think you can make that assumption through pictures.

They look like Malays or Filipinos.

They look Hawaiian or Cambodian, as for looking mean or nice, I can't tell from one photo.  They're just kids.
