What exactly does nauseated mean?

Feeling nauseated means you're feeling squeamish and about to vomit.  Normally, without any accompanying symptoms, nausea does not cause heart / chest pain.

Purely means feeling that you are going to vomit. It does not include heart pain, although many people will feel nauseated if they are experiencing an angina attack or a heart attack
