What exactly is a .2 bath?

We keep seeing this term in realtor magazine. 4 bedroom 3.2 baths. It is driving us nuts, we can't find what it means!

I think it would mean 3 full baths, 2 half baths?

Well I hope its just a typo since the two is right under the five, however i did find something that will help you.  I found it quite funny because i too was confused.

I was going to say maybe its an outhouse or something equally funny, but wiki answer is exactly what are looking for... hope i gave the best answer.

A .5 bath is a bathroom that has a toilet and a sink but does not have a shower or a bathtub in it.
