What fast food has no carbs?

Question

I need to pick up lunch for my aunt and two younger cousins driving into town today and I can't get ahold of them but my aunt said she needs something with no carbs. Does that mean like a burger wrapped in lettuce? Anyone have any suggestions? My cousins are little babies so they'll eat anything.

I don't think there is a food that has no carbs. But try getting a salad.

yes, thats a burger in lettuce with no fries. Also grilled chicken (nothing breaded) or a salad but you have to make sure the chicken is grilled and there are no croutons or tortilla strips on it. Most fast foods dont advertise no carbs but you can modify your order to make it that way. (exp... just take the bun off a grilled chicken club.) Subway I know has some carbless salads you can get.

just get her a burger, or chick sand, let her remove the bread, and or dressings, these all have mega carbs. remember... meat and cheeses, eggs,are basically all to eat on a carbless diet.. you can mix things up a little, but all bread is a no-no..

If you have a Boston Market in your area, you could go for the roast chicken with green beans and spinach.

The other option is hot wings from Pizza Hut.

Um I highly doubt you will find something with no carbs.  I mean I guess you could get a fruit platter with yogurt on the side.  Perhaps a salad.  Personally, I never got the whole no carbs diet.  Fruit is actually carbs but are considered complex carbs that do not have too much sugar but are sweet by default.  People think of carbs as just bread.

Another option is to get her a fish sandwich or something and tell her to take the bread off.  Ask the attendant at the drive through or when you go to the fast food joint.   Maybe they may have some better suggestions for you.
