What flying insect is this?

in my kitchen as we speak i have a "fly" sort of thing on my window. at first i thought it was a mosqueto....but then looking..its not!! it has 6 orangy red legs....a 1inch what looks like a stink or thin tail....wings on its back like a mosqueto...and 2 of them things on its head!! i say things coz im rubbish on words and cant think or what there called!!..anteors or something,they use them to sence things,

what the heck is this!! im from the uk so im sure its not deadly but just curious what it is,. tried taking a pic but it kept moving!
