What foods are rich in protein?

Going vegetarian, so I stopped eating meat and need to know what other foods I can eat to get my protein.

  1. Protein is everywhere.  As long as you're eating a balanced diet including legumes, grains, nuts, seeds, and vegetables, you'll get plenty.  Soy products, like tofu and fake meats, are very high in protein.
