  1. Avoid saturated fat and oils, such as butter, bacon drippings, lard, palm oil, and coconut oil. Palm and coconut oils are often found in processed foods. Replace these with soft tub margarine or vegetable oils, such as olive, safflower, soy, corn, canola, or peanut oil.

  2. Any food that comes from animals (except for honey, of course) contains cholesterol.

Meat, eggs, milk (this includes fat-free milk), cheese, ice cream, butter, seafood (especially shrimp), etc. all contain cholesterol.

Plants do not contain cholesterol.  Foods like rice, beans, canola oil, margarine, peanut butter, etc., do not contain cholesterol.

Coconut oil, peanut oil and palm oil DO NOT contain cholesterol.  However, they can cause your body to create more cholesterol.

Edit:  OK people:  Fat and cholesterol are two different things.  They are not even CLOSELY related.  Yes, chicken without skin is low in fat; however, the chicken still contains cholesterol.

  3. i dont no all the foods but betty has said meat but i no  that chicken is ok if u take the skin off the skin is the fattening bit . any food that tastes nice is fattening and any food that tastes vile is ok  basically lol
