Pop Rock Emo

A lot of people get the definition of Indie wrong. They think that its acoustic guitars and a man with a soft voice singing such as Plain White T's. Let me tell you they are extremly wrong. Indie means independent and in music's case it means an independent record label. The Kooks, Arctic Monkeys and Death Cab For Cutie are NOT Indie. They might sound it but they aren't. Bands which are indie are The Unicorns, The Kills, Klaxons, The Libertines, The White Stripes, The Grates and Modest Mouse. Thats just a starting point so if you want  to get into into indie music just look up similar bands to these.

screamo is just like its name its pretty much nothing but ppl screaming the song----- beneath the sky

emo is like punk rock----- avenged sevenfold(A7X)
