What happened??? Help!?

I used CCleaner and now my computer's messed up. The fonts for my desktop are different, as are the fonts in my internet windows, I can't use a picture as my desktop background because it says they're all psp files, and the overall look of the fonts on webpages are different. I use internet explorer and my menu bar disappeared and won't come back! What happened??? Is there a way for me to get my Windows back to the default, back to the way it normally looks? HELP!

Try using a restore point.

Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore

Pick a point that exists prior to you using CCleaner. If it works, thank your lucky stars that it wasn't more complicated.

In the future, before you try to do anything like that, go to System Restore and create your own custom restore point. That way if something goes wrong you can (theoretically) go back to just how things were right before you screwed it up :-)
