What happens at a spa?

So my friend and I are going to a spa before her wedding. We wanted to get a body wrap/mask. She's a bit concerned that she has to get 100% naked while a person rubs all over her. Wondering (from experience) what exactly is involved in a body wrap, specifically an aroma therapy herbal body wrap and a purifying sea body mask. Thanks in advance!

You get naked and some big muscular guy who's a LT. in the military walks in and squishes your butt for about 40 minutes.

It depends on the spa your going to. some spas allow you to wear bikinis during the session. If the spa you're going to requires you to be naked and your not too comfortable with it, you could ask them if it is possible to be done while wearing a bikini. If they still won't allow you, you could go to a different spa. hope this helps! (^_^)
