I had a wet dream last night, and i was wondering what happens...do i move around?

A wet dream is just the body's way of releasing some sexual tension.  If you haven't had an o****m/ejaculation in awhile, sometimes your body decides to do it on its own without your help!!  That's when a wet dream kicks in - you might have a very pleasant or very weird dream - it really doesn't matter and somewhere along the way, you ejaculate.  You might not even remember it and wake up with sticky undies and know that somewhere during the night, you blew a load.  (It's one reason to wear underwear to bed so that you don't mess up the sheets!!)

generally you have erotic/sexual dreams and ejaculate in your sleep.

but when i had it i just woke up with a mess and didn't recall the dream, if any.

your body just makes you erect for the purpose of ejaculation, so you might not necessarily have a "dream"
