What headlight cleaner removes safely oxidation?

What headlight cleaner is guaranteed to remove oxidation without damaging the UV layer?

Toothpaste makes no such guarantee and it only works on glass headlights. Glass headlights don't oxidize. Only a acrylic deoxidizer could make a claim like that and right now theres only one such product on the market.

The UV layer "is" on the outside of the lens. Toothpaste works on glass lens ( which do not have a UV layer) not plastic and a pure liquid non abrasive deoxidizer will guarantee oxidation removal without damage to the UV layer.

i hope the uv layer is on the inside as all cleaners will take it off the outside  after you clean it with brass polish  wax it with a wax that has the uv protectant in it

Believe it or not ( TOOTH PASTE ) Apply it evenly on the lens and with small circulatory motions rub it off. Good luck.
