I just made a salmon salad for dinner, plus lettuce, tomato, cucumber and hard boiled egg. Good Omega 3 oil in salmon.

To contrast what the above poster said: Make a lovely raw vegetable salad, using red cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, spinach and arugula leaves, romaine, nori seaweed, bits of zucchini & yellow onion, cucumber, avocado and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top as well as some flax oil for Omega 3. Not to mention that flax oil is free of mercury and other contaminants that are found in salmon.
