What instument to play!! ?

Question

Hi peeps, I don't know what instrument to play!! In middle school I played the trombone. But that was too hard so now my choices are between a Clarinet or a Flute. Please give me ideas.

Why only two choices?  why not sax?

I say choose the flute - still being used around the world in a variety of music.  Choices might be more limited with clarinet.

Well, I play clarinet, and I like my section a lot, but I think the flute would be easier to play, and sometimes less gross. Clarinets are a lot of upkeep (reeds, screws, pads, mouthpieces) I'd suggest flute, but be warned that sometimes flute sections can be bit*hy. They're usually all girls.

Flute.  Not only is it easy to play, but it's also easy to carry through the hallways if you can't stop by the band room before your classes to leave it in the band room.  ;-)

Why not play the saxophone? It's really easy to master. If you want to choose between the flute and the clarinet, choose the clarinet. The flute has a funky mouth position (wee-too), and can be hard to pick up. The clarinet is a simple instrument.

all instruments require that you put in some work (practice) Pick the instrument that you are willing to work at. If your not willing, take up playing the radio.

Clarinet, It sounds so good and unique. Flute is kinda easy, Why not try something half-easy and half-hard? It might be cool..
